Narrative. Growth.

Built to launch it,
sell it, defend it,
and tell its story.

Twenty-five years across the full lifecycle of how companies launch, raise, sell, and hold their ground – through federal investigations, regulatory scrutiny, and the kind of pressure that can erase market value by the hour.

The Practice
01
Revenue-Driving Communications
For organizations that have stopped treating communications as a cost center. Earned media, executive visibility, and narrative strategy built and measured as commercial infrastructure – with a direct line to pipeline, brand lift, and revenue, not impressions.
02
Narrative & Brand Defense
High-stakes reputation counsel for organizations under federal scrutiny, regulatory pressure, or public narrative crisis – built on the same rigor as an operating discipline, not the instincts of a press office.
03
Deal Architecture & Growth Advisory
For founders, operators, and growth-stage companies navigating a raise, a transaction, or a path to market. Deal structuring, partner sourcing, and revenue model design from someone who has built, funded, and sold inside the deal – not just advised around it.
04
Executive & Founder Counsel
Building the visibility, messaging platform, and operating discipline that positions founders and senior leaders as the authoritative voice in their category – informed by having sat in that seat, not just advised from outside it.

About

Most communications problems aren't communications problems. They're clarity problems, alignment problems, trust problems – and increasingly, revenue problems hiding behind a brand campaign. Figuring out which one is actually in play, before picking up a pen, is the discipline GDC Advisory is built on.

That instinct built Verizon's content-led earned media program into a commercial engine generating $8M+ per month in attributable revenue, and architected the executive narrative that helped Ericsson's global sales teams close nine-figure contracts across four international markets. It also conceived the AIBO Entertainment Robot launch that sold 65,000 units in under twenty minutes, with no other marketing vehicle in play. Communications, done right, isn't the function that asks for budget. It's the function that generates it.

The same instinct built Sony's first global crisis communications framework, deployed across 200+ countries and Six Sigma–certified for the methodology behind it – proof that reputation defense can be as rigorous and measurable as any other operating discipline. It held through KPMG's federal criminal investigation, and through some of the most scrutinized communications mandates in professional services and federal contracting.

That range extends past advising the deal into building one. Founder of Return, an AI-powered B2B platform built to prove the connection between content and revenue, funded with $1.5M raised and sold into Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure. Time inside Applecart, a Blackstone-backed growth-stage company, working the full distance from demand creation to close rather than handing off at the brief. GDC Advisory exists because that range – narrative, deal, and revenue – is rarely available from one source.

That range is live right now at ArcKernel, an agentic AI governance infrastructure company building in a category that's still being defined. The company closed an oversubscribed pre-seed round and is raising its seed now – early enough that the foundational work is the whole job: building the narrative before the category has a shared vocabulary, preparing for regulatory scrutiny before it arrives, and shaping the pilots and conversations that become the first proof points. It's the hardest version of the practice – zero to one, not narrative layered onto something already proven – and the version GDC is built for.
